The Composite Panel Association is dedicated to providing high quality results from our laboratory and certification services. We provide member and non-member clients with services accredited by internationally recognized organizations and performance by highly qualified industry professionals.
Sample Return Policy
It is our policy to discard samples upon completion of analysis unless a timely return request is made by the client. A timely request is made prior to or during the analysis process to the Director of Laboratory Services. It is recommended that such request be made during the ordering process. A service charge to cover technician time, packaging, and shipping will be billed. Service charges will be addressed on a case by case basis.
